Pride Cycles titanium and steel frames are backed up by a limited lifetime warranty. Pride Cycles warrants the replacement or repair of a Pride frame due to defective workmanship and/or materials. Certain conditions apply.
1.The warranty is only valid to the original owner/purchaser of the frame.
1.a. unless frame has been inspected by PRIDE Cycles2.The decision to repair or replace the defective part is up to Pride Cycles
3.Normal wear and tear is not covered. This includes paint and finish issues
4.In no event will Pride Cycles be responsible for special and/or consequential damages including, but not limited to, pain and suffering.
What voids the warranty?
1.Altering the frame in any way, including, but not limited to welding, brazing, drilling, bead/sand blasting, filing, polishing, anodizing, or through repairs or attempted repairs made by anyone other than Pride Cycles.
2.Stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics, and/or abuse or neglect unless the frame is specific for jumping or tricks such as a dirt jumping or BMX frame.
What if I am not the original owner/purchased?
1.Pride Cycles limited lifetime warranty can be transferred for a fee.
2.The frame will have to be inspected by Pride Cycles before a warranty can be transferred.
We strive to make our customers happy and keep them that way. PRIDE frames are bomb proof but if an issue does arise warranty frames will be first priority. Cyclist cannot afford to lose valuable riding and conditioning time and we understand that.
