Every PRIDE frame is handcrafted from USA milled titanium or aircraft grade 4130 chromoly. Measurements are held to a .010” or 10/1000” tolerances. We cannot use less than the best of materials and put our name on a frame. “Bargain titanium” is prone to cracking and that is unacceptable. Each frame goes through quite a lot of checkpoints throughout the frame building process. When a head tube it cut it’s length is checked for accuracy. When a chainstay is bent it is checked for clearance before mitering and welding. PRIDE has a no gap policy when it comes to mitering. Most bike frames are built to "loose" alignment and then aligned by grinding dropouts and twisting the frame. At PRIDE we understand that this is the wrong way; we align and realign throughout the building process. Our frames are straight from the beginning!  Each weld had to be perfect so the welding is done in an oxygen free environment. Our quality control program is incredibly demanding.
